The course then covers what an auditor means by improvement and what a customer's security review means by it, both of which are about evidenced process rather than a number, and closes with a four sentence answer to the question a board eventually asks and the two page case you can defend for a year. No industry, sector or peer figure is quoted anywhere, and the course explains at length why that is a refusal rather than an omission.
