Regulation (EU) 2022/2554, the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), applies from 17 January 2025 across an exhaustive list of financial entities and their Information and Communications Technology (ICT) third-party providers. This course teaches the five pillars in depth: the ICT risk management framework and its management-body governance, incident classification and the staggered reporting timeline, digital operational resilience testing including Threat-Led Penetration Testing (TLPT), the register of information and Critical Third-Party Provider (CTPP) oversight, and information sharing, closing with what a software supply chain security programme must produce for each pillar and how to run the programme continuously.

The Safeguard Certified Practitioner credential is valid for 24 months from issue. The expiry date is printed on the certificate and shown live on its public verification page. Renewing means passing the current exam again.
