Awarded for completing When the Vendor Says No: Escalation, Compensating Controls and Exit and passing its exam, demonstrating the ability to diagnose a stalled vendor request correctly, escalate through the right internal and external channels in the right order, apply and honestly describe compensating controls, document a refused request defensibly, and make a disciplined exit decision against pre-agreed thresholds.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
