Awarded for completing WebAssembly (Wasm) Security Fundamentals and passing its exam, demonstrating the ability to explain the Wasm sandbox model, evaluate server side and edge deployment patterns, design minimal WebAssembly System Interface (WASI) capability grants, distinguish contained memory corruption from fully present logic and supply chain risk, and apply a structured framework for deciding whether Wasm adoption is justified for a given workload.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
