Awarded for completing Vishing and Smishing: Voice and SMS Phishing Defense and passing its exam, demonstrating the ability to explain why voice and text channels each defeat different existing defenses, recognise common vishing pretext categories and caller identifier spoofing, apply organisational verification procedures for high-risk requests, and build and rehearse a verification script for the roles most exposed to this risk.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
