Holders can diagnose whether an organisation is running one programme or three, design the boundary and properties of a shared evidence spine, merge three demand sources into one prioritised backlog, build an operating calendar across three clocks, assign fact and answer ownership with the handoffs closed, report to engineering, audit and customer audiences from one source, adjudicate and record a genuine conflict, and sequence a programme honestly rather than scoring it.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
