Holders can measure what an organisation already spends to maintain its present position, evidence which of those costs rise with no decision taken, register the obligations arriving on external dates, express residual risk as a range with visible assumptions, refuse a fabricated figure while still answering the question, and document a deferral so that it remains a decision rather than a drift.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
