Awarded for completing Building a Security Champions Programme That Lasts and passing its exam, demonstrating the ability to diagnose why a champions programme is failing or would fail; to define the role in terms of local context and reach rather than labour or enforcement; to price the programme honestly and judge whether the conditions for it exist; to recruit by targeted invitation and to negotiate a specific time allocation with each champion's manager; to design an exchange that returns training, access, information and credible career evidence; to make every request specific, bounded and refusable; to build peer contact that survives a busy quarter; to measure the programme without creating a reporting obligation; and to handle disengagement, succession and the decision to continue, reshape or stop.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
