Awarded for completing Privacy for Customer Facing Teams and passing its assessment. Records that the named learner completed training on caller verification and disclosure limits, screen sharing and redaction, customer data in tickets, exports and chat, misdirected sends and reporting, data requests, and recording consent. The certificate evidences completion and carries a verifiable identifier; it does not itself establish compliance with any framework.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
