Awarded for completing Measuring Whether Assisted Teams Are Shipping Safer or Faster and passing its exam, demonstrating the ability to separate throughput from quality, define a defect escape rate precisely enough to be read correctly, build and interpret a stage of discovery distribution, measure review load and review depth without turning either into an individual target, recognise the leading indicators of review degradation, choose and defend a denominator, apply a variance test before drawing a conclusion from a small count, select a study design that improves on a naive before and after comparison, and report a quality finding honestly in an organisation that has already committed to a number in public.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
