Records that the named learner completed manager training on access hygiene, workarounds and process friction, proportionate monitoring, the joiner, mover and leaver process, and escalating a concern about a colleague. The certificate evidences completion and carries a verifiable identifier; it does not itself establish compliance with any framework.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
