Awarded for completing Handling Health Information: Workforce Training and passing its assessment. Records that the named learner completed workforce training on identifying health information, the minimum necessary habit, conversations and transmission, inappropriate record access, devices and paper, and the duty to report a suspected breach without delay. The certificate evidences completion and carries a verifiable identifier; it does not itself establish compliance with any framework.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
