Awarded for completing Handling Payment Card Data: What Staff Must Know and passing its assessment. Records that the named learner completed workforce training on card data handling, telephone payments and call recording, refunds, chargebacks and records, card details arriving by email or chat, terminal tampering, and the reporting duty. The certificate evidences completion and carries a verifiable identifier; it does not itself establish compliance with any framework.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
