Awarded for completing The Digital Operational Resilience Act: The Information and Communication Technology Risk Framework and passing its exam, demonstrating the ability to translate the framework's elements into owned engineering artefacts, evidence management body accountability, determine and justify function criticality, model the join between functions, services, providers and contracts, measure detection as a capability, compose recovery objectives against a real dependency path, design exercises that are allowed to fail, operate a learning loop that changes the framework, and document a proportionality position that survives supervisory challenge.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
