Awarded for completing Deduplication: One Finding, One Ticket, Many Sources and passing its exam, demonstrating the ability to separate deduplication, aggregation and bundling and to hold observations, findings and issues as distinct layers; to design a finding fingerprint from the fix event and test it for stability, sensitivity and determinism; to resolve identity for data flow findings, transitive dependency paths and shared components across many services; to distinguish a cross tool duplicate from an independent detection using rule concept, fix event, instance identity and stable location; to set a severity resolution policy and a lifecycle that handles partial fixes, reopening and un merging without losing evidence; to ticket the unit of work rather than the unit of defect; and to measure duplicate rate, merge ratio and sampled false merge rate so that the deduplication is known to work rather than assumed to.
