Awarded for completing Artificial Intelligence Tools at Work: The Acceptable Use Course and passing its exam, demonstrating understanding of the boundary on what may be placed into an assistant, the reach of a connected tool and the account and settings that govern it, verification of output before it is acted on or sent, recognition and reporting of hidden instructions in content, the correct response when confidential material belonging to another party appears, and the approval route for a new tool. Completion is recorded and the certificate identifier is verifiable; acceptance as evidence for any control remains a decision for the auditor and the framework.
Certificates are designed to be checked, not just displayed.
The credential is valid for 12 months from issue. Its public page states the expiry date, and renewing means passing the current exam again — so the credential always reflects the current material.
